Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase

Acceptance

By purchasing from Stellar ("we", "us"), you ("you", "customer") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use or purchase our products.

Important: Digital goods are non-returnable once delivered.

Eligibility and Conduct

  • Minimum age 13. If under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
  • Be respectful in tickets. Spam, abuse or harassment may lead to refusal of service.
  • You are responsible for how you use purchased products.
  • Products, prices and availability may change at any time without notice.
  • We are not affiliated with Discord or any third-party platform.

Ordering, Delivery and Support

  • Payments must fully clear before delivery. Default currency: EUR.
  • Most digital items are delivered instantly or within 24 hours. Boosts usually ~1h35m (max 24h).
  • If auto-delivery fails, open a Discord ticket with your order ID.
  • Proof for warranty claims: unedited screen recording or screenshots as required per product rules.
  • We may refuse, limit or cancel orders suspected of abuse, fraud or resale beyond fair use.

Refunds and Replacements (General Rules)

  • All sales are final. Replacement is the primary remedy.
  • Refunds may be granted only at our discretion if replacement is impossible.
  • No refunds for: buyer's remorse, incorrect use, misuse, third-party ToS violations, bans unrelated to our delivery, platform-side outages, missing or late proof.
  • All warranties require compliance with section 5A (only where legally permitted).
  • By completing a purchase, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that the EU 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to digital goods once delivery begins, as permitted by law.

Product Catalog and Specific Terms

A.1) 14x Server Boosts (1 month / 3 months)
  • Delivery: usually ~1h35m, latest 24h from verified order.
  • Must open a ticket and claim within 1 hour of purchase.
  • Replacement only if boosts fail due to our fault during the delivery window.
  • No refunds after completion.
  • We are not responsible for Discord policy actions (unboosts, limits, waves, etc.).
A.2) Nitro Tokens
  • Discord tokens preloaded with Nitro. Not full-access accounts.
  • 5-minute DOA warranty for functionality check.
  • Manual login, OTP requests or triggering security checks voids warranty.
  • No replacements after the DOA window.
A.3) Nitro Monthly (Full Warranty & Standard Variants)
  • Sourcing: All links are 100% manual direct-pay gift links. Safe for main accounts and non-claimable except by the holder. Links are delivered fresh with a 47h+ lifespan.
  • Mandatory Proof: You MUST provide an unedited, continuous screen recording tracking from the exact moment of payment to checking active credits, clicking the link, and verifying your Discord account email in the same video frame. Missing data or edits voids all protections immediately.
  • Autoclaimer Protection: Both variants feature a strict 20-minute automatic claim warranty safety window starting directly from the purchase timestamp.
  • Full Warranty Boost Variant: Offers premium sourcing (<1% revoke rate) accompanied by an extended 28-Day Revoke Warranty. Replacements or dynamic partial balances depend entirely on active duration parameters. Stacking credits may void this safety tier.
  • Standard Boost Variant: Value tier. Extended revoke replacement windows are not available. A posterior revoke does not reflect initial quality metrics.
  • Regeneration: Link refresh requests are only fulfilled if the original gift link still maintains 15–20 hours of remaining lifespan. No modifications or configurations are executed under 15 hours or if dead.
  • Waves & Terminations: No refunds or replacements during global Discord revoke waves, system infrastructure anomalies, or profile deletion dynamics.
A.4) Boost Bot - Source Code / Lifetime Key
  • Source code sales are final.
  • No guarantee of uptime or future Discord compatibility.
  • Support for setup may be offered. Updates only if explicitly included.
  • Access is based on purchased duration or lifetime plan. Delivery includes license key and files.
  • No refunds if Discord or third-party platforms patch or break methods.
  • Replacement only for non-delivery or invalid license on first activation.
  • "Lifetime" means replacement while stock and supply method remain available. Not a guarantee of indefinite platform continuity.
  • No liability for bans due to misuse or violating third-party rules.
  • Optifine Cape: replacement only if credentials were invalid at delivery. No refunds after successful transfer or use.

Ticket Rules

  • Open tickets only for real issues. Include your order ID immediately.
  • You may ping once after a reasonable wait. Spam closes the ticket.
  • Provide all required evidence. Missing proof means no replacement.

5A) Vouch / Website Review Policy

To keep warranty active, you must post an honest public vouch or website review within 24 hours after delivery. Reviews may be positive, neutral or negative. No vouch = warranty temporarily suspended. This applies only where legally permitted. Warranty is always provided where required by law.

Legal and Liability

  • We are not responsible for how customers use products after delivery.
  • You must comply with all local laws and any third-party platform ToS.
  • Platform-wide changes, anti-abuse updates or mass revokes are outside our control.
  • We may suspend or blacklist users who violate these terms.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services means you accept the updates.
