  • Email address used for delivery
  • Order ID, purchased items, and payment status
  • Messages you send in support tickets
  • Evidence Files: Screen recordings, screenshots, and account logs provided by you for diagnostics, warranty claims, and verification of code claims
  • IP address, device or browser information
  • Timestamps and rate-limits
  • Anti-fraud signals and blacklist status
  • Username, user ID, and server ID when interacting via the Stellar Discord server
  • We do not store full card or banking data. Payments are processed securely by SellAuth or their designated processors

  • Order data and support recordings: Typically kept for up to 24 months to handle warranty claims and recurring customer support
  • Blacklist data: Retained indefinitely to protect the security of our services
