Sometimes. Send us what you need on Discord and we will tell you if we can source it and what it would cost.
Most orders are delivered automatically once payment is confirmed. Follow the notes on your invoice if anything needs an extra step.
Open the invoice from your email or your account dashboard. Delivery details and any codes or access notes are listed there.
The methods for each order appear at checkout. That can include cards, crypto such as Litecoin and Ethereum, and other options when they are enabled.
Each listing states its own warranty. Claims follow the product description, the variant you picked, and the warranty shown at the time you ordered.
You can check out as a guest. Creating an account lets you see past invoices, tickets and any store balance in one place.
Digital orders are usually delivered right after payment, so change of mind is not covered. If something is wrong with what you received, open a Discord ticket with your order ID. Full rules are on the Refund Policy page.
If balance is enabled on your account, you can put it toward a new order at checkout, including using part of the balance and paying the rest another way.
